    1. I'm supposed to have lots of protein, so I'm researching protein drinks. Most have so much sugar... and I'm don't like that. I should ask Theresa.

  2. You have to admit, that is really clever.
    Dixie, you need protein - eat soy products, beans, and dark green vegetables. And of course fish and chicken. Better for you.

      Doctor stepped up requirement, and it gets a bit expensive. I did locate a product that has 15 g protein and 1 gram sugar. he wants me on it for two weeks... then re-eval. We'll see.
