Haha, true!!! I've seen people that I used to work with at my grocery store and it threw me off for a minute. I knew them from working in downtown Nashville and my current grocery store is about 20 miles from there--but, of course, people are going to work downtown and live here!
I take hubby with me to the supermarket so he can be my lookout. He'll be like "Cousin Ashley, to your left" so we go right. "Sally, 2 aisles over." So we wait for her to get a few more aisles over before continuing. I don't have the patience for small talk when I just want to get my groceries and go home.
People are stupid.
