    I served potatoes with dinner last night. Willy Dunne Wooters loved them and took the leftovers home with him. Is a potato actually considered a vegetable? Maybe I'll remember to look it up. It drives me crazy when people say a tomato is a vegetable. It's a fruit, dammit.

      Yep, a tomato is, strictly speaking, a fruit. It is the fruit of the tomato plant, but it's used as a vegetable in cooking.
